  • Specifications
    Developing user functional and technical specifications for the new system. Supporting vendor creativity in their responses encourages wider industry participation.
  • Solicitation Documents
    Working with Purchasing, developing key documents and tools required to issue a request for proposal and subsequently select a vendor.
  • System Selection
    Evaluating proposals for compliance, completeness and quality; prioritizing responses; managing vendor demonstrations; and recommending the best match. Contract negotiation assistance is also available.
